Dreary Phantom

A ‘Phantom’ is what we name a York Ghost with coloured eyes. The classic Sullied and Slovenly Phantoms are the archetypes; we have also made Phantoms with green, yellow and red eyes in the past.

The Dreary Phantoms are lead grey, veiled with dirty white, and have the same wet mascara eyes as the Sullied Phantom.

Veiled Ghosts have always been sought after from the shelves of our Shambles shop, particularly the darker ones. We named these dark ones ‘revenants’ from the French word meaning ‘returning’.

This batch is made from an almost black with a veil of subtle ash grey, a less cheerful ghost but a ghost nonetheless.
